Ohhhh yes 😍 Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars—basically a gooey, cinnamon-y, buttery dessert bar that tastes like a cinnamon roll in every bite, but in bar form. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.

🥮 Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars

Ingredients

Base / Crust

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Cinnamon Swirl / Filling

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Glaze / Topping

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment.

2. Make the Crust

  • Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter.
  • Press half into the pan to form a firm base.

3. Add Cinnamon Swirl

  • Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle over the crust evenly.

4. Top Crust

  • Sprinkle remaining half of the crust mixture over the cinnamon swirl.
  • Press lightly so it holds together, but leave crumbly.

5. Bake

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool completely in pan.

6. Glaze

  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Drizzle over cooled bars.

7. Slice & Serve

  • Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy!

🔥 Tips & Variations

  • Extra gooey: Add cream cheese dollops in the swirl layer.
  • Nutty: Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts between layers.
  • Chocolate twist: Add mini chocolate chips on top.
  • Make-ahead: Keep in airtight container up to 3 days, or freeze.

If you want, I can also give a super indulgent “ooey-gooey cinnamon roll bar” version that tastes like straight-up bakery cinnamon rolls with cream cheese glaze 😏.

Do you want me to do that version too?
