Pork Chop Supreme

Posted on January 10, 2026 by Admin

Ohhh yes 😍 Pork Chop Supreme—classic, creamy, and pure comfort food. Tender pork chops baked in a rich mushroom sauce, usually served over rice or mashed potatoes. Let’s make the old-school favorite.

🍖 Pork Chop Supreme

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup milk or water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional but good)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: sliced mushrooms, paprika, parsley

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & season

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper

2️⃣ Brown chops (recommended)

  • Heat oil or butter in a skillet
  • Brown pork chops 2–3 minutes per side
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish

3️⃣ Make the sauce

  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and a pinch of pepper

4️⃣ Assemble

  • Spoon sauce over pork chops
  • Top with sliced onions (and mushrooms if using)
  • Sprinkle lightly with paprika if desired

5️⃣ Bake

  • Cover with foil
  • Bake 45–55 minutes until pork is tender
  • Remove foil last 10 minutes if you want thicker sauce

6️⃣ Serve

  • Spoon sauce over chops
  • Garnish with parsley if you like

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Bone-in chops stay juicier
  • Don’t skip browning—it adds flavor
  • Add a splash of broth if sauce thickens too much
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving

Variations

🍄 Extra mushroom: add fresh sautéed mushrooms
🧄 Garlic lover: add minced garlic to sauce
🧀 Cheesy supreme: sprinkle shredded Swiss or mozzarella
🌶 Cajun twist: add Cajun seasoning instead of paprika

Perfect Sides

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rice or egg noodles
  • Green beans or peas
  • Dinner rolls
