Instructions
- Prep bread
- Cut crusts off.
- Roll each slice flat with a rolling pin.
- Fill & roll
- Brush bread with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly.
- Roll up tightly like mini cinnamon rolls.
- Egg dip
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Dip each roll-up quickly (don’t soak).
- Cook
- Heat buttered skillet over medium.
- Cook roll-ups seam-side down, turning until golden on all sides (2–3 min total).
- Finish
