Ohhh yes 🐟🔥 Grilled or Baked Fish—simple, healthy, and full of flavor. I’ll give you both methods, same seasoning, so you can choose the vibe.

🐟 Easy Lemon Garlic Fish (Works Grilled OR Baked)

Best fish to use

  • Salmon
  • Cod
  • Tilapia
  • Halibut
  • Sea bass

🌿 Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 1½ lbs fish fillets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or seasoning of choice
  • Optional: fresh herbs (parsley, dill, thyme)

🔥 GRILLED FISH METHOD

1️⃣ Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
2️⃣ Pat fish dry and brush with oil/butter.
3️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and lemon juice.
4️⃣ Grill 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
5️⃣ Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

👉 Tip: Use foil or a grill basket for delicate fish.

🔥 BAKED FISH METHOD

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Place fish in a greased baking dish or on foil-lined sheet.
3️⃣ Drizzle with oil/butter, add garlic, lemon, and seasonings.
4️⃣ Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky and opaque.
5️⃣ Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for light browning.

🌟 Pro Tips

  • Don’t overcook—fish dries fast.
  • Thickness rule: ~10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  • Extra moisture: add lemon slices or butter pats on top.
  • Finish touch: fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon after cooking.

🔥 Easy Flavor Variations

  • 🧄 Garlic butter & parsley
  • 🌶️ Cajun-spiced fish
  • 🍯 Honey-lime glaze
  • 🧈 Parmesan crusted (baked)
  • 🥭 Mango salsa topping

If you want, tell me what fish you have and I’ll dial it in perfectly 😏🐟
