Pillsbury biscuit garlic butter cheese bombs

🧄🧀 Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
  • 6–8 cubes mozzarella or cheddar (about 1 inch)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep
    • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C)
    • Line a baking sheet or lightly grease a pan
  2. Stuff the biscuits
    • Separate biscuits and flatten each into a circle
    • Place cheese cube in center
    • Wrap dough around cheese and pinch seams tight (no leaks!)
  3. Garlic butter magic
    • Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt
  4. Coat
    • Dip or brush each bomb with garlic butter
    • Sprinkle Parmesan on top
  5. Bake
    • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown
  6. Finish
    • Brush with extra garlic butter
    • Sprinkle parsley or chili flakes if you’re feeling fancy

🔥 Flavor Upgrades

  • Pepperoni pizza bombs: add a slice of pepperoni + mozz
  • Jalapeño popper bombs: cream cheese + jalapeño
  • Everything bagel style: sprinkle everything seasoning
  • Extra cheesy: mix shredded cheese into the dough
