Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1Β½β2 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ΒΎ cup beef broth
- β cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Add to slow cooker
Place beef, peppers, onion, and garlic in the crock. - Make sauce
