Air fryer baked potato

Here’s an easy Air Fryer Baked Potato 🥔✨
Crispy skin, fluffy inside—no oven needed.

Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes (1–4)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt (kosher or sea salt)
  • Optional: black pepper or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prep the potatoes
    Wash and scrub potatoes well. Pat dry.
    Poke each potato 4–5 times with a fork.
  2. Season
    Rub lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with salt (and pepper if using).
  3. Air fry
    Place potatoes in the air fryer basket.

    • 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes
      Flip halfway through.
      They’re done when a knife slides in easily.
  4. Serve
    Slice open, fluff with a fork, and add toppings.

Tips

  • Smaller potatoes cook faster; large ones may need closer to 45 minutes
