Here’s a classic, easy Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls recipe — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a party 🥐


Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Optional:
    • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Mix filling: Stir the cream cheese into the hot sausage until fully melted and combined. Add optional seasonings or cheese if using.
  4. Prepare crescents: Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Fill & roll: Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up starting from the wide end.
  6. Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Tips & Variations

  • Use spicy sausage for extra kick 🌶️
  • Add diced jalapeños or green onions for more flavor
  • Make ahead: assemble, refrigerate overnight, and bake fresh
