Steak & Shrimp Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (egg noodles, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
  • 8 oz steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), thinly sliced
  • 8–10 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas or broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional garnish: green onions, sesame seeds, chili flakes

Instructions

1. Cook the Noodles

  1. Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook Steak & Shrimp

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear steak slices 2–3 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

3. Cook Vegetables

  1. Add remaining oil to the skillet. Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, and snap peas/broccoli for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

4. Combine Everything

  1. Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
  2. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook 2–3 minutes until heated through and well coated.

5. Serve

  1. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Marinate steak: For extra flavor, marinate in a little soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil for 15–30 minutes.
  • Vegetable variations: Use carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, or baby corn.
  • Make it spicy: Add sriracha, chili garlic sauce, or fresh chopped chilies.
