Chicken wings

Always a good idea 😏
Here are a few killer chicken wing options, depending on your mood and setup.

Classic Crispy Oven Wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder (per lb — trust the process)

How

  1. Pat wings very dry.
  2. Toss with baking powder + seasoning.
  3. Bake on a rack at 425°F (220°C) for ~45–50 min, flipping once.
  4. Toss in sauce after.

Air Fryer Wings (fast + crunchy)

  • 380°F for 24–26 min, shake halfway
  • Finish at 400°F for 3–4 min for extra crisp

Slow Cooker Wings (fall-apart)

  • Cook on LOW 3–4 hrs with sauce
  • Broil 5–10 min at the end to crisp the skin

Sauces (the fun part)

  • Buffalo: hot sauce + butter
  • Garlic Parmesan: butter, garlic, parm
  • Honey BBQ: BBQ sauce + honey
  • Lemon pepper: butter + lemon zest + pepper
  • Asian sticky: soy, honey, garlic, ginger

Pro tips

  • Don’t crowd the pan — space = crisp
  • Sauce after cooking, not before (unless slow cooker)
  • Serve with celery + ranch or blue cheese (non-negotiable)
