Here’s a restaurant-style recipe for Sizzling Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Spaghetti — juicy, buttery steak with a rich pasta base 🥩🧄🍝

Sizzling Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Spaghetti

Ingredients

For the Steak Bites

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For the Creamy Spaghetti

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the Spaghetti

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce to coat. Keep warm.

3. Cook the Steak Bites

  1. Heat olive oil in a separate large skillet over high heat.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear steak in batches 2–3 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Sauté 1–2 minutes, spooning butter over steak.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley.

4. Serve

  • Plate creamy spaghetti and top with sizzling garlic butter steak bites.
  • Spoon extra garlic butter over everything for maximum flavor.

Tips

  • Use a hot pan to get a nice sear on the steak.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan — cook in batches if needed.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a little heat.

I can also give you a one-pan version where the spaghetti cooks in the same skillet as the steak for faster cleanup and extra flavor.
