Instructions

1️⃣ Sauté Aromatics

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes until softened.

2️⃣ Add Corn

  • Stir in corn and cook 3–5 minutes until heated through (if using fresh, cook until slightly tender).

3️⃣ Add Cream & Seasoning

  • Pour in heavy cream and sprinkle Cajun seasoning.
  • Stir well to coat corn evenly.
  • Cook 2–3 minutes until cream is slightly thickened.

4️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese (if using) until melted.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with parsley or chives.

  • Extra spice: Add a pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika.
  • Cheesy variation: Stir in cheddar cheese for a richer version.
