Here’s a delicious combo recipe for Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Shells — perfect for a hearty weeknight dinner 🥩🧄🧀

🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2–3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the Steak
  • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (helps them sear).
  • Season generously with salt and pepper.
  1. Sear the Steak
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak in a single layer (don’t crowd the pan).
  • Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  1. Add Garlic & Butter
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Add butter, garlic, and herbs.
  • Toss steak bites in the butter for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  1. Serve Immediately

🐚 Creamy Parmesan Shells

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta
  • Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  1. Make the Sauce
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, sauté 1 minute.
  • Pour in cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Combine
  • Add cooked pasta shells to the sauce.
  • Stir until coated.
  • Garnish with parsley.

🍽 Serve

  • Plate creamy Parmesan shells with garlic butter steak bites on top or on the side.
  • Optional: drizzle extra garlic butter from the steak over the pasta for max flavor.

💡 Tips

  • Use a cast-iron skillet for the best sear on steak.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper to the steak for a little heat.

If you want, I can also make a one-skillet version where the steak and creamy pasta cook together for faster cleanup and maximum flavor.

Do you want me to do that?
