Banana cream protein pudding

Here’s an easy Banana Cream Protein Pudding 🍌🥣
Creamy, sweet, and great for a quick snack or dessert.


Banana Cream Protein Pudding

Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1–2

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1–2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix or Greek yogurt
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend
    Add everything to a blender.
  2. Mix until smooth
    Blend 30–60 seconds until thick and creamy.
  3. Chill (optional)
    Refrigerate 10–20 minutes for thicker pudding.

No-Blender Option

Mash the banana very well, then whisk in the milk, protein powder, and pudding mix or yogurt until smooth.


Topping Ideas

  • Banana slices
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • A little peanut butter drizzle
  • Whipped topping

Tip

If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk. Too thin? Add a bit more protein powder or yogurt.
