Banana Cream Protein Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix or Greek yogurt
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend
Add everything to a blender. - Mix until smooth
Blend 30–60 seconds until thick and creamy. - Chill (optional)
Refrigerate 10–20 minutes for thicker pudding.
No-Blender Option
Mash the banana very well, then whisk in the milk, protein powder, and pudding mix or yogurt until smooth.
