🌿 Tulsi (Holy Basil)

Tulsi, also called Holy Basil, is a sacred and medicinal herb widely used in India for both spiritual and health purposes. Its botanical name is Ocimum tenuiflorum (also known as Ocimum sanctum).


🌱 Types of Tulsi

  1. Rama Tulsi – Green leaves, mild flavor
  2. Krishna Tulsi – Purple leaves, slightly peppery taste
  3. Vana Tulsi – Wild variety, strong aroma

🌿 Health Benefits (Traditionally Used For)

  • Supporting immune health
