Here’s a tasty and festive recipe for Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls 🦃🍒

Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Servings: 12–16 balls
Time: ~40–45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked stuffing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional, cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2–3 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, sage, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, cranberries, cheese, herbs, eggs, and a pinch of salt & pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form balls:
Scoop about 2 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush with butter:
Lightly brush or drizzle melted butter over the balls for a golden finish.
  5. Bake:
Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Serve:
Let cool slightly and serve warm as an appetizer or side.

Tips & Variations

  • Add chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) for extra crunch.
  • For a sweeter touch, toss cranberries in a little honey before mixing.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen—just bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes.

If you want, I can give you an air-fryer version that makes them extra crispy in less time.

Do you want that version?
