  4. Pour broth over everything—enough to cover the rice.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes (chicken should reach 165°F / 74°C inside).
  6. Optional: Remove foil, sprinkle cheese, and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden.
  7. Let it rest 5 minutes, then serve!
