No oven, no fuss—just mix, roll, and chill.


No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. Mix
    • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Roll
    • Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
    • Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Chill
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate
    • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time.
  5. Dip
    • Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
    • Place back on parchment.
  6. Set
    • Refrigerate 15–20 minutes until chocolate hardens.

Tips

  • If dough is sticky, chill before rolling
  • Use a fork or toothpick for dipping
  • Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze longer

  • Roll in sprinkles or crushed nuts
  • Drizzle white chocolate on top
  • Add a little crushed graham cracker for texture
