Air Fryer Chicken Feet

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 lb chicken feet
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1–2 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili powder (optional, for spice)

Instructions

1. Prepare chicken feet

  1. Wash chicken feet thoroughly and trim the nails with kitchen scissors.
  2. Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes to clean and tenderize. Drain and pat dry.

2. Marinate

  • In a bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and paprika.
  • Toss chicken feet in the marinade and let sit 30 minutes to 1 hour for flavor.

3. Air fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange chicken feet in a single layer in the basket.
  3. Air fry 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and slightly crispy.

4. Serve

  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.

  • Marinating longer (2–3 hours) adds more flavor.
