Here’s a quick and crispy way to make Air Fryer Potato Slices 🥔✨ — easy, healthy, and super tasty!

Air Fryer Potato Slices

Servings: 2–3
Time: ~20–25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2–3 medium potatoes
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp paprika or smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs like rosemary or parsley

Instructions

  1. Prep potatoes
    • Wash and peel (optional) the potatoes.
    • Slice into ¼-inch thick rounds or slightly thinner for extra crispiness.
  2. Season
    • Toss potato slices in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and any herbs you like.
  3. Preheat air fryer
    • Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Air fry
    • Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).
    • Cook 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve
    • Serve hot with ketchup, aioli, or your favorite dip.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra crispy: Soak slices in cold water for 10–15 minutes before seasoning, then pat dry.
  • Cheesy twist: Sprinkle with Parmesan or shredded cheese in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • Spicy version: Add chili powder, cayenne, or smoked paprika for heat.
  • Herb flavor: Toss with fresh rosemary or thyme after cooking for aroma.

I can also give a loaded air fryer potato slices version with cheese, bacon, and green onions if you want an indulgent snack.

Do you want me to do that?
