Here’s a simple and delicious way to make Air Fryer Potatoes — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside 🥔✨


Air Fryer Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb potatoes (russet, Yukon gold, or red), diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme, or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Prepare potatoes: Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry: Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  4. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Optional garnish: Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Tips

  • Crispier potatoes: Soak diced potatoes in water for 20–30 minutes, drain, and pat dry before seasoning.
  • Even cooking: Don’t overcrowd the basket — air needs to circulate.
  • Variations: Add Parmesan, chili powder, or Cajun seasoning for extra flavor.
