š Black Cherry Jell-O Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) box black cherry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup black cherries, pitted & halved
(fresh or cannedādrain if canned) - 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve Jell-O
In a large bowl, pour boiling water over Jell-O and stir until fully dissolved. - Add Pineapple
Stir in crushed pineapple with the juice. - Chill Slightly
Refrigerate about 30ā45 minutes, until thickened but not fully set. - Fold in the Good Stuff
Gently fold in cherries, marshmallows, Cool Whip, and nuts (if using). - Set
Chill 2ā4 hours until firm.
