Here are Blueberry Pie Bombs 🫐🥧
Crispy outside, warm and gooey inside—super easy and fun to make.
Blueberry Pie Bombs
Makes: 8–10 bombs
Time: ~20–25 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough)
- ½–¾ cup blueberry pie filling
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk or lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven
375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare dough
Separate biscuits and flatten each into a small circle. - Fill
Place 1 tablespoon blueberry filling in the center of each dough circle. - Seal
Pull edges up and pinch tightly to form a ball. Place seam-side down. - Coat
Brush with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the tops. - Bake
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown. - Glaze (optional)
Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm pie bombs.
Tips & Variations
- Don’t overfill or they may leak.
- Works great with cherry, apple, or strawberry filling.
- You can air-fry at 350°F (175°C) for 7–9 minutes.
