Blueberry pie bombs

Here are Blueberry Pie Bombs 🫐🥧
Crispy outside, warm and gooey inside—super easy and fun to make.


Blueberry Pie Bombs

Makes: 8–10 bombs
Time: ~20–25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough)
  • ½–¾ cup blueberry pie filling
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Optional glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dough
    Separate biscuits and flatten each into a small circle.
  3. Fill
    Place 1 tablespoon blueberry filling in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Seal
    Pull edges up and pinch tightly to form a ball. Place seam-side down.
  5. Coat
    Brush with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the tops.
  6. Bake
    Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Glaze (optional)
    Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm pie bombs.

Tips & Variations

  • Don’t overfill or they may leak.
  • Works great with cherry, apple, or strawberry filling.
  • You can air-fry at 350°F (175°C) for 7–9 minutes.
