Oh wow 😍 Cajun Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo—this is indulgence on a plate. Creamy, spicy, buttery, and loaded with seafood. Perfect for a date night or special occasion.

🦞🦀🐟 Cajun Lobster, Crab, & Salmon Alfredo

Serves 4

Ingredients

Seafood

  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat (fresh or lump)
  • 2 salmon fillets (6–8 oz), skin removed and cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

Pasta

  • 12 oz fettuccine or linguine

Alfredo Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook pasta

  • Boil salted water, cook pasta al dente
  • Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water

2️⃣ Sear salmon

  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high
  • Sprinkle salmon chunks with Cajun seasoning
  • Sear 2–3 minutes per side, just cooked through
  • Remove and set aside

3️⃣ Prepare seafood

  • Add lobster chunks and crab meat to skillet briefly to heat
  • Remove and set aside

4️⃣ Make Alfredo sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter
  • Sauté garlic 30–60 seconds
  • Add heavy cream, smoked paprika, cayenne
  • Simmer 2–3 minutes
  • Gradually whisk in Parmesan until smooth
  • Add salt & pepper to taste

5️⃣ Combine

  • Add cooked pasta, toss to coat
  • Gently fold in salmon, lobster, and crab
  • Add reserved pasta water 1–2 tbsp at a time for desired creaminess

6️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan
  • Optional: squeeze lemon over the top for brightness

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Don’t overcook seafood—it cooks fast and you want it tender
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor
  • Pasta water helps sauce cling to noodles
  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste—start mild, spice it up at the end

Variations

🌶 Extra spicy: add more cayenne or a dash of hot sauce
🍋 Bright twist: add lemon zest to the Alfredo
🥦 Surf & Turf Alfredo: toss in some sautéed spinach or broccoli

If you want, I can give you a restaurant-style version with rich, creamy Alfredo that has a buttery Cajun kick and seafood cooked perfectly for maximum flavor 😋🦞🦀🐟
