Here’s a decadent, restaurant-style recipe for Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites over Creamy Linguine 🥩🧄🧀🍝

Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites over Creamy Linguine

Ingredients

For the Steak Bites

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Creamy Linguine

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Optional Garnish

  • Chopped parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Steak Bites

  1. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce

  1. Lower heat, add butter and heavy cream to the skillet.
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.

4. Combine

  1. Toss cooked linguine in the creamy sauce until coated.
  2. Top pasta with garlic steak bites.

5. Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Use high-quality steak for the best flavor.
  • For extra garlic flavor, add roasted garlic to the sauce.
  • Can swap linguine for fettuccine or penne.
  • For a quicker version, make the sauce while steak cooks in another pan.

I can also give you a one-pan version where the pasta, sauce, and steak cook together for easier cleanup.
