Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

Topping

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Make the crust
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
    • Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×9 dish.
    • Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
  2. Cream cheese layer
    • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    • Fold in whipped topping gently.
    • Spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Add cherries
    • Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the cream layer.
  4. Chill
    • Refrigerate at least 2–3 hours (overnight is even better).
  5. Serve
    • Slice and enjoy cold.
