Posted on January 5, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a cozy, family-favorite Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole 🥘
It’s creamy, filling, and very easy to make.

Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby-Jack)
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
  • ½ cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the filling
    • In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheese, veggies (if using), salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add biscuits
    • Gently fold in the biscuit pieces until coated.
  4. Bake
    • Pour mixture into baking dish.
    • Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through and the top is golden.
  5. Rest & serve
    • Let sit 5 minutes before serving so it sets up nicely.

Helpful Tips

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time
  • If biscuits brown too fast, loosely cover with foil
  • Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or paprika for extra flavor
  • Serve with a simple salad or steamed veggies

If you’d like, I can also give you:

  • A cheesy extra-creamy version
  • A buffalo chicken biscuit bake
  • A breakfast biscuit casserole
