Cranberry Orange Bread

Makes: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Zest of 1 orange
- ½ cup fresh or dried cranberries (chopped if large)
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup milk or yogurt
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan. - Dry ingredients
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest. - Wet ingredients
Whisk orange juice, milk, egg, oil, and vanilla. - Combine
Stir wet into dry just until mixed. Fold in cranberries. - Bake
Pour into pan. Bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. - Cool
Let cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
Optional Orange Glaze
Mix ½ cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tbsp orange juice. Drizzle over cooled bread.
Tips
- Toss cranberries in a little flour so they don’t sink.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
