2️⃣ Fry Until Crispy

  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  • Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine:
    honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  • Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thick and glossy.

4️⃣ Toss & Serve

  • Add crispy chicken to sauce and toss until coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
