That old-school, dump-and-bake classic where everything is measured by the cup. Cozy, simple, and dangerously good.


🍑🍍 Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa Cake

(Also called 1-1-1 Cake)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter (½ cup), melted
  • 1 can fruit (about 15–20 oz), undrained
    Popular choices:

    • Crushed pineapple
    • Peaches
    • Cherries
    • Apples
    • Or a combo 👀

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour melted butter into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Add fruit evenly over the butter (juice included).
  4. Sprinkle sugar evenly over fruit.
  5. Sprinkle flour evenly on top — do not stir.
  6. Pour milk evenly over everything — still don’t stir.
  7. Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly — it thickens as it sets.

✨ How It Turns Out

  • Bottom: jammy, syrupy fruit
  • Middle: soft cake layer
  • Top: lightly crisp, buttery crust
