Here’s a quick and flavorful Garlic Steak Bites recipe 🥩🧄 — perfect for a fast dinner or appetizer.

Garlic Steak Bites

Servings: 2–3
Time: ~20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare steak
    • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if using.
  2. Cook steak bites
    • Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add steak cubes in a single layer (don’t overcrowd). Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic
    • Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Combine & garnish
    • Return steak bites to skillet. Toss with garlic and herbs.
    • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra flavor: Deglaze the pan with a splash of beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, or balsamic vinegar after cooking.
  • Cheesy twist: Sprinkle shredded Parmesan over the steak bites before serving.
  • Side ideas: Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or over rice.

I can also give you a garlic butter steak bites version that’s extra rich and saucy if you want.

Do you want me to give that version?
