Yesss 😍🍯🧄 Honey Garlic Ribs—sticky, savory-sweet, finger-licking energy. Here’s a no-fail, super flavorful way to do them.


🍖 Honey Garlic Ribs (Oven or Grill Finish)

🛒 Ingredients

Ribs

  • 2–3 lb pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika (smoked if you have it)
  • Garlic powder

Sauce

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional but 🔥)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the ribs

  • Remove the membrane on the back (huge tenderness upgrade)
  • Season ribs generously with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder

2️⃣ Low & slow bake

  • Wrap ribs tightly in foil
  • Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2–2½ hours until very tender

3️⃣ Make the sauce

  • Simmer all sauce ingredients in a pan for 5–8 min
  • It should thicken slightly and smell AMAZING

4️⃣ Glaze & caramelize

  • Unwrap ribs, brush generously with sauce
  • Bake uncovered at 425°F (220°C) for 10–15 min
    OR
  • Grill 5–8 min, flipping & brushing more sauce

⚠️ Watch closely—honey can burn fast.

  • Want them extra sticky? Broil 1–2 min at the end.
  • Want Asian-style vibes? Add grated ginger + sesame oil.
  • Want spicy honey garlic? Sriracha or gochujang = instant upgrade.
