Ingredients (serves 6–8)

Base

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Filling

  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Chocolate syrup or fudge drizzle
  • Optional: chopped nuts or maraschino cherries

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the crust

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch pan.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

2️⃣ Prepare the filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture for a light, airy filling.

3️⃣ Assemble layers

  1. Slice bananas and arrange a layer over the chilled crust.
  2. Spread half of the cream filling over the bananas.
  3. Add a layer of chopped strawberries, pineapple, and chocolate chips.
  4. Spread remaining cream filling on top.
  5. Top with remaining fruit, chocolate drizzle, and optional nuts or cherries.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

5️⃣ Serve
