🛒 Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- 6–8 cubes mozzarella or cheddar (about 1 inch)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Line a baking sheet or lightly grease a pan
- Stuff the biscuits
- Separate biscuits and flatten each into a circle
- Place cheese cube in center
- Wrap dough around cheese and pinch seams tight (no leaks!)
- Garlic butter magic
- Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt
- Coat
- Dip or brush each bomb with garlic butter
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top
- Bake
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown
