Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese, or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare cauliflower: Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange on baking sheet: Spread in a single layer for even roasting.
  4. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
  5. Optional garnish: Sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley, or a squeeze of lemon before serving.

Tips

  • For extra crispiness, use a hot oven and avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Try spicy version: add cayenne pepper or chili flakes.
