Here’s a simple and delicious roasted mushrooms recipe — tender, flavorful, and easy to make 🍄✨


Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms (button, cremini, or baby bella), cleaned and trimmed
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare mushrooms: Toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on baking sheet: Arrange mushrooms in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until mushrooms are golden and tender.
  5. Optional finish: Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice before serving.

Tips

  • Use a hot oven to get nice browning and flavor.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan — mushrooms will steam instead of roast.
  • Great as a side dish, topping for steak, or mixed into pasta and salads.
