Here’s a simple and delicious way to make air-fried baby potatoes — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with minimal oil.


🥔 Air-Fried Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved if large
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep Potatoes
    • Wash and dry baby potatoes.
    • Cut larger ones in half to ensure even cooking.
  2. Season
    • Toss potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Make sure all pieces are coated evenly.
  3. Air-Fry
    • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place potatoes in the basket in a single layer (avoid overcrowding).
    • Cook 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
    • Cook an additional 3–5 minutes if you want extra crispiness.
  4. Garnish & Serve
    • Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
    • Optional: drizzle a little lemon juice or Parmesan for extra flavor.

  • Side for roasted chicken, steak, or fish
  • Toss with a little aioli or ketchup for dipping
  • Add to salads or grain bowls for texture
