- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Prep shrimp
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Toss with oil or melted butter.
- Season

- Coat shrimp evenly.
- Cook
- Heat a cast-iron or heavy skillet over high heat.
- Add shrimp in a single layer.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
