Cheesesteak-Stuffed Garlic Bread
Serves: 4–6

Ingredients
- 1 large Italian bread loaf or baguette
- 8–10 oz thinly sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or shaved steak)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper
- 1½–2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven
375°F (190°C). - Cook filling
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
Add steak, season with salt & pepper, cook just until done. Remove from heat. - Prepare bread
Slice loaf lengthwise and hollow out some of the inside.
Mix butter, garlic, and parsley. Spread inside bread. - Stuff
Fill loaf with steak mixture.
Top generously with cheese. - Bake
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy. - Serve
Slice and serve warm.

- Add mushrooms for a classic Philly twist.
- Wrap in foil for softer bread; uncover last 5 minutes to crisp.
