Here’s a classic, creamy Chicken Salad Croissants recipe — perfect for brunch, showers, or easy lunches.


🥐 Chicken Salad Croissants

🛒 Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie works great)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup seedless grapes, halved (optional but delicious)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds or chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 6 large croissants

🔪 Instructions

  1. Mix dressing
    In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream (or yogurt), Dijon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add fillings
    Stir in chicken, celery, red onion, grapes, and nuts (if using). Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Chill
    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
  4. Assemble
    Slice croissants in half. Spoon generous chicken salad onto the bottom half and close.
