Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops,

Posted on February 12, 2026 by Admin

Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops are rich, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside—perfect for a special dinner with bold flavor.

🥩 What Makes Them Special

Tender lamb chops are seasoned, lightly coated, pan-fried until golden, then finished with a savory garlic-butter Parmesan crust.

Ingredients

  • 6–8 lamb loin or rib chops
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Optional: pinch of dried rosemary or thyme

🔥 How to Make Them

  1. Season the Lamb
Pat chops dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs if using.
  2. Coat
Mix flour and Parmesan together. Lightly dredge each chop in the mixture, shaking off excess.
  3. Pan-Fry
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook lamb chops about 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), until golden and crispy.
  4. Garlic Butter Finish
Reduce heat slightly. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
Spoon the melted garlic butter over the chops for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Rest & Garnish
Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

🍽 Serve With

  • Creamy mashed potatoes
  • Roasted asparagus or green beans
  • Garlic bread
  • Side salad with balsamic vinaigrette

Flavor Profile

Savory, garlicky, slightly nutty from Parmesan, with tender, juicy lamb inside and a crispy golden crust outside.

If you’d like, I can also give you a baked or air-fryer version.
