Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley or basil (optional)

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- Mix filling: Combine ricotta, egg, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread & roll: Spread 2–3 tablespoons of filling onto each noodle. Roll tightly from one end to the other.
- Assemble: Spread 1 cup marinara in a baking dish. Place roll-ups seam-side down.
- Top: Spoon remaining sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake: 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
